In a heap of great news today, Facebook has updated the Power Editor and Ads API to give advertisers a new placement option: “feature phones only.” All News Feed ad types except mobile app install ads and offers can appear on feature phones. US Mobile Advertising To Hit 7.29 Billion Dollars In 2013!
With the explosive entrances from both Facebook and Twitter, along with a stellar performance from Google, eMarketer has pointed out that US mobile advertising spend grew 178% last year to 4.11 billion. eMarketer is also forecasting that US Mobile Ad Spending is expected to rise another 77.3% to $7.29 billion in 2013.
